Simple, Menu-Driven System
The Sukup QuadraTouchTM touch screen control system was designed to be easy to use and lead you through all dryer operations. The simple menus guide you through dryer functions for easy start up and operation. Operator inputs are easy with a pop-up keypad for entering numbers or arrows fro adjusting by a point or two. The PLC-based system is a rugged controller built to withstand harsh environments. It offers superior noise protection, eliminating nuisance trips and providing you with a dependable system.

Track Dryer Performance
The Sukup QuadraTouch generates graphs of dryer operations, providing you with at-a-glance display of dryer performance and efficiency. The system log records all dryer events. The graphs and other data can easily be easily transferred to a computer for dryer performance analysis and record-keeping. (compatible with Microsoft-Excel software)

Efficient Operation, Consistent Moisture Content
The QuadraTouchTM controls use advanced algorithms and calculus to increase dryer efficiency and reduce large swings in temperature and discharge moisture. This system minimizes, and virtually eliminates, under- and over-shooting of your set target moisture content. It also helps the dryer to run more efficiently, since large temperature swings are eliminated.

The AC drive on QuadraTouchTM dryers allows metering rolls to run as low as 5% speed. This allows you to dry very wet grain (up to 35% moisture).

Portable and Convenient
The QuadraTouchTM control box can be remotely located up to 200' away from the dryer. There is no heavy umbilical cord to deal with - all that's needed is a 110v plug-in and Ethernet cord. The box that houses the control system weighs less than 15 lbs. so it is easy to handle.

Worry-Free
Sukup Dryers' QuadraTouch controls were designed to eliminate around-the-clock monitoring and increase productivity and efficiency. The system is meant to be easy to operate and trouble-free, but if problems do arise, the QuadraTouch provides you with the tools necessary to continue dryer operation quickly and easily. Advanced self-diagnostics and intelligent fault sensing tools help you track down the problem and provide you with a solution. The QuadraTouch also offers a completely independent back-up system that allows you to run the dryer in manual mode.

Optional Remote Monitoring
Sukup offers two options for remote monitoring of your Sukup Dryer. A Phone Alarm Kit may be added to any Sukup Dryer. This system requires a land line at the dryer. In the event of a fault, the phone at the dryer will call a pre-programmed number and notify you of the fault.

The GSM Phone Modem works with QuadraTouch controls and operates through GSM cell phone service. If the dryer shuts down, the GSM service sends a text message to a predetermined cell phone number, noting what the fault was. You can also text message the dryer and it will reply with current status, moisture, unload speed and plenum temperature.

The GSM Phone Modem allows you to geet status updates via text messages sent to your cell phone.
